Hi all,
Went to the ER this morning because of a pain episode. I got a CT scan and it showed that my abscess had grown considerably. Now I'm here in the transplant wing of the hospital in Omaha waiting to get surgery to remove said abscess. It'll probaby all go down on Monday.
I won't be able to participate in Fun Monday :( So if you're here looking for that, I'm sorry.

I read your post about Victoria Magazine and all things British. Agree 100% about the magazine. I was thrilled to see that it had been revived. Best shelter/fashion magazine around. I was just looking at the fall issue recently and thinking how refreshing to have beautiful models in equally beautiful clothes on the pages--would actually love to have the same things in my wardrobe.
Do you also like Jane Austen?

Faye-I actually don't read Jane Austen. I've never felt the inclination to having no patience forthe drama of men and women. However, that's not to say that, if the mood strikes me I won't pick up a copy of something, someday.
I hope you surgery goes well and you are back home soon.
I used to subscribe to Victoria magazine..I loved it also!!
